Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective from: 7 October 2026
1. Seller and scope
This policy applies to subscriptions purchased from Aibokify SH.P.K., NUI 812414598, Eqrem Çabej 68, 10000 Prishtinë, Kosovo, through aibokify.com. Aibokify is responsible for providing the subscription and handling purchase questions and refund requests. Contact info@aibokify.com.
2. Full refund within 14 days of your first purchase
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after your first paid subscription purchase. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions. The full amount paid for that purchase, including applicable VAT, is refundable; no cancellation or processing fee is deducted.
The period starts when your first subscription payment is completed. Trying the service during this period does not remove this guarantee. You do not have to give a reason. The guarantee applies to your first subscription purchase, not separately to every plan, renewal or additional account created by the same customer.
3. How to request a refund
Email info@aibokify.com with the subject “Refund request” and provide:
- the email address used for your Aibokify account;
- your order or invoice reference, if available;
- the purchase date and amount, to help us identify the payment.
Do not send your password, full card number or card security code. If you do not have the reference, contact us within the 14-day period with the information available. The date you send the request determines whether it is within that period.
We verify the purchase and communicate the outcome by email. Eligible refunds are initiated without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the request. The bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit in your account.
4. Where the refund goes
Refunds are returned through the original payment method. A card payment is refunded to the card used for that purchase; it is not paid out in cash or transferred to another person's account. Contact us if that card has expired or been replaced so that the payment provider can handle the return appropriately.
Payment is processed through Paysera when that option is used. Aibokify handles your subscription and refund request; a status message in the application alone is not confirmation that a refund has reached your bank.
5. Renewals, plan changes and billing errors
The 14-day first-purchase guarantee does not restart for a renewal or plan change. Outside that guarantee, a change of mind or unused subscription time does not by itself entitle you to a refund or prorated credit. Any different written offer agreed before purchase remains applicable.
Duplicate or incorrect charges, a paid subscription that is not delivered, and rights required by applicable law are handled separately. Contact us with the transaction details so that we can investigate and correct the issue or refund the affected amount where appropriate. The first-purchase deadline does not remove these rights.
For a separately negotiated Enterprise agreement, any specific cancellation terms must be stated in the written offer before purchase. If no different terms are agreed, this policy applies.
6. Ending your subscription
The current web checkout requires you to actively purchase each renewal; it does not automatically debit your card for the next period. To stop renewing, do not purchase another period. Access remains subject to the period and terms you have already paid for.
If you want to end access earlier, contact us. A full refund ends access provided by the refunded purchase when the refund is processed. Export the records you need beforehand or ask for help with an export.
Cancelling access, receiving a refund and deleting an account are separate actions. Accounting and fiscal records are not automatically erased when a subscription ends. See our Privacy Policy for the account-closure and retention information.
7. Your statutory rights
This voluntary guarantee is additional to mandatory rights under applicable law. Nothing in this policy removes any statutory right of withdrawal, remedy for a defective or undelivered service, or right to dispute a card transaction with your card issuer. Where mandatory rights give you greater protection, they prevail.
For the service and purchase conditions, read our Terms of Service.
