This document does not confirm commercial registration status, NUI, VAT, payment methods, annual billing, refunds, cancellation, retention, SLA, hosting region, certification or incident deadlines. These require external validation. No uptime percentage has been published.
1. What this draft is
Aibokify is a pre-release project with tools for invoicing, receipt scanning, payroll and reporting. By creating an account, you acknowledge that this text is a draft and does not replace legal advice.
The public contact name is the one shown in the website's shared contact channels. “SH.P.K.” status and any registration numbers have not been published in this draft.
2. The service is provided “as is”
The tools are provided AS IS. This draft does not guarantee tax compliance, accuracy for your circumstances, ATK certification or availability.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of your data and tax filings. Consult a qualified accountant or adviser before submitting documents to ATK.
3. Your account and security
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate information that you control
- protecting your password and device
- notifying the contact channel if you suspect unauthorized access
This draft does not establish a minimum age, a customer category or the operator's liability for losses from compromised credentials beyond the principle that you control access to your account.
4. Trial and pricing (catalogue, not a payment contract)
Plans, user limits, prices and billing periods are shown in the selected offer and at checkout. A free trial is optional when included in the offer; its duration and conditions are shown before registration. This draft does not establish a fixed pricing catalogue.
Payment methods depend on the provider's configuration and activation. Starting checkout does not mean that payment has been confirmed or that a subscription has been activated.
This draft does not establish:
- VAT, reverse-charge or a published tax rule
- refunds
- immediate or prorated plan changes
- retention after cancellation
These conditions require verification and qualified review before they are treated as contractual terms.
5. Your data — ownership
The business data you upload remains yours. Aibokify holds it to provide the tools to you, not as the operator's property.
Export (portability) exists in the product as a backup/export function. This draft does not set retention periods and does not claim automated deletion.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service for:
- unlawful or fraudulent activity
- false invoices or tax documents
- tax evasion or money laundering
- attacks on the Service's security
- spam
- resale of the Service without an agreement
This list is a principle of use, not a legal conclusion. Consequences (suspension, closure, compensation) require legal review.
7. Intellectual property (principle)
The code, design and product name belong to the project. You receive access to use the Service. The data you upload remains yours. This draft does not formulate a licence, trademark provision or reverse-engineering prohibition as a reviewed clause.
8. Availability
This draft contains no SLA or maintenance notice period. Interruptions may result from your network, infrastructure providers or development work.
9. Liability
This draft does not establish a damages cap, exclusion of damages or indemnification. These require qualified review. Until then, the Service is AS IS; you remain responsible for your filings.
10. Applicable law
The project's intention is for matters to be considered under the law of the Republic of Kosovo. Forum, mediation and jurisdiction have not been confirmed in this draft.
11. Changes
The text may change during pre-release. No notice period has been published.
